Fleming Dermatology & Aesthetic Center has an immediate opening for an experienced back office medical assistant/scribe in Laguna Hills, CA. We are a busy, patient-focused, growing dermatology practice seeking a detail-oriented professional.

Responsibilities include assisting with surgical and cosmetic procedures, managing supplies, and maintaining a high-quality patient experience. Training and development are available as part of our supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Back office certified medical assistant with 1+ years in dermatology.
• Scribing/documenting clinical chart notes in Modernizing Medicine EHR.
• Prep and assist with Mohs, ED&C, and biopsies; prep for cosmetic procedures.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of medical supplies.
• Set up medical devices and test equipment.
• Clean instruments and treatment rooms as needed.
• Support an excellent patient experience.

Job Summary

Fleming Dermatology & Aesthetic Center has an immediate opening for experienced back office medical assistant/scribe. We are a busy, patient focused, growing dermatology practice.

Ideal Candidate

• Back office certified medical assistant. 1+ years in dermatology. Scribing/documenting clinical chart notes appropriately and accurately, Modernizing Medicine EHR.
• Prep and assists with multiple surgical procedures, Mohs, ED&C, biopsies
• Prep and assists with cosmetic procedures
• Ability to contribute and promote an excellent patient experience

You will also be helping manage the inventory of medical supplies, setting up machines, testing equipment. Cleaning instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning.

Schedule

• Monday thru Friday (no weekends)
