Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to support Colorado-area clinics with energy and flexibility. No MA certification required; two weeks of paid training will help you learn our processes and feel comfortable in the role.

You’ll travel between Greenwood Village, Westminster, and Colorado Springs, joining different teams to keep clinics running smoothly and to deliver a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 months of relevant medical experience or 180 externship hours.
  • MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required.
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and interacting with patients in a friendly, professional way.
  • Taking manual patient vitals.
  • Performing routine blood draws and venipuncture.
  • Administering IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
  • Preparing and processing laboratory testing.
  • Maintaining lab equipment and documentation.
  • Completing quality control documentation.
  • Assisting with inventory and ordering.
  • Supporting front desk duties when needed.
  • Working closely with providers and clinic teams.
  • Helping maintain smooth patient flow.
  • Jumping in wherever you’re needed to keep the clinic moving.
  • Creating a positive, welcoming patient experience.

SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for a Float Medical Assistant who brings energy, positivity, flexibility, and a great attitude wherever they go.

As a Float MA, you'll support multiple Colorado-area clinics, work alongside different teams and providers, meet new patients, and help keep our clinics running smoothly.

You don't need a perfect resume. We want someone with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

No MA Certification Required

We'll provide 2 full weeks of paid, hands‑on training to help you learn our processes and get comfortable in the role.

What You'll Do

You’ll help create a great patient experience while supporting the clinical team wherever you’re needed.

Your day may include:

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED

The Flexibility You’ll Need

This is a Float position, so you’ll support our Colorado‑area clinics based on business needs.

You must be willing and able to travel between:

  • Greenwood Village
  • Westminster
  • Colorado Springs

Mileage/travel will be reimbursed when travel to the Colorado Springs location is required.

Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

2–3 Saturdays per month are required. When you work a Saturday, you’ll receive a weekday off.
