Job summary

Solis Mammography is seeking a PRN Float Mammography Technologist to cover Dallas/Fort Worth centers with varied hours, typically 6:15am–5:00pm, 2–4 days per week. You will perform mammography procedures, ensure high-quality imaging, and educate patients on breast health.

The role requires Texas licensure (TMB), ARRT Mammography certification (or eligibility), and completion of a radiologic technology program, plus MQSA/FDA CEU requirements.

Qualifications

• Texas Medical Board License (TMB) is required.
• Current ARRT Mammography certification or eligibility with documented clinical experience.
• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA—15 CEUs every 3 years; 200 documented cases every 2 years.
• Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mammography services and support across Solis Centers.
• Promote and demonstrate the Solis Way in day-to-day work.
• Maintain excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique.
• Explain procedures to patients and educate about the role of regular mammography.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients and staff.
• Apply instructions carefully and maintain a patient-first focus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
