MedCadre is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to support acute behavioral health assessments across multiple units in an Oregon hospital setting. The role includes care management, patient coordination, and collaboration with ED/behavioral health teams.

Responsibilities include floating between PWF, PMH, and PNB, performing pediatric to geriatric assessments, and covering day and occasional swing shifts. 13-week assignment with rotating schedules.

Competenze

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon required.
• Experience in acute behavioral health assessments preferred.
• Care management experience and ED exposure preferred.
• Ability to float between units (PWF, PMH, PNB) and cover day/evening shifts.
