Job summary

Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s Tracy Health Center in Tracy, CA is seeking a Float Health Services Specialist I who travels to Modesto, North Stockton, Eastland Plaza, Manteca, Hayward and Oakland to provide direct reproductive health services.

You will assist with front office tasks, lab and check-in/out, maintain records, ensure billing accuracy, and uphold PP’s values while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information across diverse backgrounds.
• Basic Windows computer skills; willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Travel to PPMM locations as required.
• Provide direct service in health center areas including reproductive health and abortion as appropriate.
• Provide patients with accurate information regarding Planned Parenthood services and funding sources.
• Contribute to achieving health center productivity goals.
• Screen financial, medical and social history with proper documentation.
• Demonstrate PPMM customer service standards.
• Solicit donations from patients per PPMM guidelines.
• Follow all patient care standards.
