The role provides primary care across the lifespan in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) environment, with no evenings or weekends and opportunities to travel between clinic locations.

A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time float position supporting clinics throughout the West Phoenix area. This permanent role provides primary care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted license or license pending
• 2+ years of experience in a family medicine clinic or primary care setting
• Experience caring for underserved populations
• Ability to travel between clinic locations
• No evenings or weekends
• Collaborative, mission-driven work environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary based on experience
