Job summary

The Little Clinic is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality health care within its retail clinic network in Thornton, CO. You will build patient relationships, collaborate with store staff and regional management, and maintain a safe, compliant clinical setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining clinic operations, inventory management, quality control, and ongoing professional education. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Active license and board certification (FNP-C or PA-C) with state credentials.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safety and quality-based healthcare environment.
• Keep the clinic open for all scheduled hours.
• Build relationships with patients and local health care community.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to control costs.
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing.
• Utilize HIPAA-compliant company information systems.
• Support mentor program and ongoing education.
• Provide coverage for clinics within the region as needed.
