Job summary

The Little Clinic in Colorado Springs is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in a retail clinic setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include HIPAA compliance, regional coordination, and community health engagement while prioritizing compassionate patient interactions and cost-efficient care.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's in Physician Assistant.
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Active license with AANP or ANCC credentials.
• Board certification in FNP-C or PA-C eligibility.
• Valid driver's license and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Maintain safety and a quality-focused healthcare environment.
• Support clinic hours and regional management initiatives.
• Collaborate on community events to promote TLC and utilization.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and cost-effective operations.
• Perform QC on instruments and CLIA waived testing.
• Use HIPAA-compliant information systems as directed.
• Mentor staff and stay current with retail/family practice education.
• Cover clinics within the region as needed; meet budget profitability.
