Job summary

Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Emergency Department role in a fast-paced, level 1 trauma environment. This onsite position offers hands-on patient care and opportunity for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure in the state.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• Certifications including BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC or ATCN, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course and Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at the point of care.
• Provide care for Level 1 trauma cases per clinical education models.
