Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Float Direct Support Professionals to train and work at each of our programs in Minnesota. DSPs advocate, support, educate, and care for individuals with disabilities or mental illness across multiple sites, with week-to-week scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement. Positions are part-time, located in Cokato, with day, evening, and awake overnight shifts available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the field.
• Ability to pass MN DHS background study.
• Every other weekend availability required.
• Driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Medication administration.
• Document daily services in electronic records.
• Socialize with residents and participate in activities.
• Attend appointments with clients.
• Train in all programs and fill in per schedule.
