Job summary

Crest Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for a daytime, float position with a daytime schedule and $17.00 per hour. The role supports residents with daily living activities across programs in Minnesota and Iowa, offering paid training and a caring team environment.

The DSP will provide person-centered care, assist with transportation, and collaborate with healthcare teams while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.
• Encourage independence while supporting personal goals and routines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or well‑being.
