Job summary

Winter Family Care LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in our licensed facilities. You will help with daily living skills, personal care, and community participation.

This full-time role offers day or overnight shifts, a $20.50 hourly pay, paid training, and benefits. We value dignity, respect, independence, and teamwork in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean background check.

NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location:A mix of multiple Winter Family Care licensed facilities

Status:Full-time (day shift or overnight shifts available!)

Pay rate:$20.50 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Support individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, and personal goals.
• Assist with medication administration, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards.
• Assist individuals with planning of daily activities and community outings by encouraging community integration.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and clean background check (required for all roles)
• Experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right individual(s)!
