Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group in Annandale, MN is hiring Float Direct Support Professionals to train and work across our programs. DSPs support individuals with disabilities or mental illness as advocates, caregivers, and educators in least-restrictive homes.

Positions are part-time and offer shifts by day, evening, and awake overnight, with mileage reimbursement and a competitive hourly wage of $20.00–$21.00. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork, and provide ongoing training and growth

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the field
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
• Every other weekend availability required
• Driver's license and ability to pass MVR check is a requirement for this position
• Working mobile phone to be reached at during availability/scheduling window

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers
• Medication administration
• Documenting on the services provided daily in the electronic records and computer system
• Socializing with residents and doing activities with them
• Going to appointments with clients
• Training in at all programs and filling in based on the schedule of the program

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Float Direct Support Professionals that will train and work at each of our programs!

Float DSPs travel among our various programs and receive their schedule on a week-to-week basis and are responsible for filling in at programs based on scheduling needs. With this comes a higher compensation and mileage reimbursement!

Compensation

• $20.00- $21.00/hour depending on program worked at
• Mileage reimbursement
