Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Float Dialysis Nurse to join our team. The role requires traveling across the region to cover for staff while ensuring safe, effective dialysis therapy for patients.

You will supervise dialysis technicians, document care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians to maintain high standards of patient care. RN licensure and recent dialysis experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State appropriate or Compact RN License.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in any practice area; minimum of three months dialysis experience.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and educates patients on renal health.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians and supervises their performance.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis and adjusts treatment plans.
• Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team members.
