Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Float Dialysis Nurse to join our team. This role requires traveling across the Region to provide safe, effective hemodialysis therapy and to supervise dialysis technicians, while maintaining hands-on patient care.

You will monitor treatments, educate patients on renal health, coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team, and ensure accurate documentation in EMR systems in compliance with standards and regulations.

• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and ensures accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.
• Works closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records, ensures timely completion of care plans, and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.

Concerto is seeking a Float Dialysis Nurse to join its team! The Float Dialysis Nurse functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients. As a Floater, the Dialysis Nurse is not assigned to one facility and is expected to travel across the Region as needed to fill in for staff on vacation or leave. Supervises care given by dialysis technicians while assuring a hands on role and fostering a team approach to patient care.

What Will You Do?
