Job summary

AHL Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate PCA/CNA staff to provide personalized care at Garden Terrace and Wesley Residence in Duluth and Wrenshall, MN. The role involves traveling between two assisted living facilities with rotating shifts and weekend availability.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or CNA license, be at least 18, pass a Minnesota background check and MVR, and hold a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health coverage and transportation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to residents.

• Administer medications, check vitals and blood sugars as needed.
• Assist with meals and room care.
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate transportation.
• May assist with other administrative tasks.

Typical Job Duties

• Provide routine individualized care to the residents
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing
• Provide specialized healthcare, such as administering medications, checking vitals and blood sugars
• Assisting with room cleans and serving meals
• Scheduling client appointments
• Transporting clients to appointments or coordination of transportation
• May assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Education Required
