Corona Regional Medical Center is seeking a Float Pool Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care under the supervision of licensed nurses in Corona, CA. The role supports patient comfort, safety, and basic nursing tasks across units as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of CNA experience and hold current BLS/CPR certification. Knowledge of medical terminology and proficient phone and computer skills are essential for daily communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (CPR) required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to exercise phone etiquette and computer skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience as a Monitor Tech preferred or completion of dysrhythmia course within 90 days.
• Completion of unit secretary course or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of the licensed nurse within scope of practice.
• Follow unit standards of care and hospital policies.
• Assist with patient needs, safety, and comfort as part of the float pool CNA team.
