Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association required
• Current California Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate
• Six (6) months CNA experience in a SNF or Acute facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with orientation and competency validation.
• Provide CNA support and patient care within both hospitals as assigned.
