Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Virginia State Board of Pharmacy Licensure or licensure within 60 days of hire.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services across multiple inpatient practice areas based on needs.
• Review, verify, and manage medication orders with emphasis on patient safety and therapeutic optimization.
• Serve as a clinical resource to physicians, APNs, nurses, and the care team.
