Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate Float Certified Medical Assistant to support four NJ Community Health Center locations (Asbury Park, Red Bank, Freehold, Keyport) with physicians and staff. You will travel between sites to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate medical records.

Required: Medical Assistant Certification, 6 months+ MA experience preferred, CPR, and a NJ driver’s license with valid auto insurance. This is a full-time role with a $2k sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant Certificate from an approved school.
• 6 month+ of supervised medical assistant experience preferred.
• Experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s license and auto insurance.

Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Community Health Center (VNACJ CHC) offers comprehensive, community based, preventive, primary care and wellness services for New Jersey residents of all ages at four convenient locations. CHC health care services are designed to meet the specific needs of the entire family – from annual check-ups and immunizations to sick visits, mental health counseling andcritical prenatal care.

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Float Certified Medical Assistant to join our Primary Care team. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of a collaborative care environment, supporting providers, engaging directly with patients, and helping ensure every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. This role involves traveling between our four Community Health Center locations—Asbury Park, Red Bank, Freehold, and Keyport—to support consistent, compassionate care for all patients.

Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications:
