FHCSD seeks a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide primary care as a Float Provider across San Diego County clinics. The role supports unplanned absences, PTO, LOAs and vacancies, ensuring continuous access to care for diverse patients.
Requirements include 2 years of outpatient primary care experience, a CA license, a DEA license, and current BLS/CPR certification. NHSC loan repayment eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

We are excited to share that the salary range for this position is:
$165,000.00 - $195,000.00
