FHCSD is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Chula Vista Family Health Center in California. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:30pm), with a generous compensation package including a $165,000–$195,000 annual salary, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and $50,000 in annual incentives.
Qualifying candidates will have 2 years of outpatient experience, a CA license, a DEA license, and CPR certification.

We are excited to share that the salary range for this position is:
$165,000.00 - $195,000.00
