Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Float Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to maintain and safeguard our rotor-wing fleet in Florida. This role focuses on Bell 407 and EC135 airframes, ensuring safe, timely transport and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bell 407 and EC135 maintenance experience
• Three years turbine helicopter maintenance experience with six months last 24 months
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
• Valid State driver's license
• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)
• EMS/aircraft maintenance systems and records
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and on-call rotations
• Must pass FAA drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and push/pull 100+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections and repairs
• Manage inventory and update equipment tracking logs
• Document service paperwork and FAA information per procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Coordinate with departments, vendors and team members
• Collaborate with allied health and flight operations teams
