Global Medical Response is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to ensure the safe operation of our rotor-wing fleet. The role focuses on maintaining Bell 407 airframes and supporting timely patient transport services.

The ideal candidate has an A&P license, several years of turbine helicopter maintenance, and experience with FAR knowledge. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and passing FAA testing, with on-site base proximity in Summerfield, FL.

Qualifications

• Bell 407 maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Three years of turbine helicopter maintenance with at least six months in the last 24 months.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Valid State driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
• EMS systems, aircraft maintenance systems, records and planning.
• Must live within an hour of base.
• Must be acceptable under FAA drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100+ lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, repairs and provide status updates to Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory checks and update equipment tracking logs; place replacement requests as needed; document expenditures.
• Document service paperwork and FAA information; comply with policies; protect information security.
