Job summary

Black Desert Resort – Flo Bar Supervisor is a Full-Time role overseeing daily front-of-house bar operations, ensuring high-quality beverage service, team coordination, and an exceptional guest experience at our ultra-premium Southern Utah resort.

The role supervises bartenders and bar support staff, maintains standards, and supports beverage programming and inventory control during peak resort periods. Must be able to work flexible hours and comply with responsible service standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of bar or beverage service experience.
• Supervisory or lead bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and service standards.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible alcohol service certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Flo Bar operations and ensure efficient beverage service.
• Lead bartenders and bar staff during service shifts.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and establish priorities.
• Monitor beverage quality and presentation.
• Ensure compliant and responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and setup throughout service.
• Assist with beverage inventory management and stock rotation.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams for seamless guest experiences.
• Support events and high-volume service periods.
