Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. military logistics and sustainment.
• Minimum 4 years military or DoD industry experience.
• Must have or qualify for a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Willingness to work on-site at GE Aerospace headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Product Support Team.
• Lead FLIGHTDECK operations for the IPT.
• Collaborate with airframe integrators and DoD customers to set sustainment strategies.
• Interface with engineering to ensure architecture meets maintainability.
• Identify CBM requirements and support PHM capabilities.
• Ensure readiness during flight testing campaigns.
• Forecast and manage spare parts requirements.
• Collaborate with maintainability, reliability, safety, and human factors engineers.
• Support establishment of maintenance and sustainment.
• Develop and integrate digital sustainment capabilities.
• Contribute to life cycle cost models and trade-offs.
• Support development of manuals and training.
