Job summary

The Flight Training Billing Analyst at Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. manages the billing cycle for flight training, from deposits to final invoicing, for a global customer base.

The role supports cross-functional collaboration with Flight Training Account Management, Sales and Accounting teams and contributes to a new ERP system implementation. You will ensure accurate, timely invoicing, monitor payment status, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding Cirrus standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of billing and/or financial experience, including customer facing duties.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full flight training billing cycle from deposits to final invoicing.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales and Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Support ERP system implementation and scalability of billing processes.
• Manage customer payments and monitor aging reports.
• Remit and reconcile payments, and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Maintain customer accounts in ERP and generate insights from multiple systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
