Job summary

Cirrus is seeking a Flight Training Billing Analyst at the Cirrus Vision Center in Knoxville, TN. You will manage the full billing cycle for flight training, from deposits to final invoices, while maintaining excellent customer service during all interactions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 0-2 years of billing/financial experience. You will collaborate with sales, accounting, and management to ensure accurate invoicing and scalable future processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of billing and/or financial experience, including customer facing duties.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while navigating complex customer scenarios.
• Must be detail-oriented and conscientious in billing duties.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work with other departments.
• Ability to plan, design, execute, and supervise administrative processes to support customer service.
• Ability to clearly explain tasks when cross training to ensure uninterrupted customer service.
• Well versed in standard Microsoft Office Software, Adobe suite, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop all aspects of the flight training billing cycle, from deposits to final invoicing.
• Ensure decision-making balances customer, company, and long-term viability.
• Provide input and work with the ERP system being implemented.
• Collaborate with account management, sales, and accounting to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Develop scalable processes for Cirrus training locations.
