Job summary

Hermeus is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support rapid flight-test programs. You will assist in preparation, execution, and post-flight analyses of aerospace tests, troubleshoot systems, and record data for engineering evaluation.

The role requires at least two years of aviation maintenance on fixed-wing aircraft, a valid A&P license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with engineers and pilots.

Qualifications

• Two years aviation maintenance experience with fixed-wing aircraft (within 6 years).
• Valid A&P license and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong reading, interpretation of maintenance manuals and service bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, execution and post-flight analysis of aerospace tests.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems (structural, precision, or engine).
• Record and analyze flight test data for engineering evaluation.
• Conduct inspections and tests on jet engines and components.
• Maintain records of flight test procedures and results.
• Collaborate with engineers, pilots and team members for improvements.
