Job summary

Hermeus Corporation is seeking a Test Specialist to build and maintain test assets and run campaigns that advance our rapid, iterative testing approach. You’ll contribute across multiple vehicle subsystems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and gain exposure to hydraulic, fuel, mechanisms, high-voltage, airframe structures, and more.

The role emphasizes hands-on fabrication, system upgrades, data acquisition, and test execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Base-level proficiency in fluid, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, build, and commission test assets and facilities.
• Upgrade existing test assets to expand capability and meet objectives.
• Execute tests safely and precisely to deliver high-quality data.
• Learn and operate DAQ and control system software for test setups.
• Assist with test planning and readiness for smooth execution.
• Develop expertise on test assets as a trusted technical resource.
