Job summary

Qualifications

• TS Clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related field).
• Experience managing technical projects through the full lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with complex systems integration and deployment.
• Experience integrating military-grade or mission-critical equipment.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, system architecture, and integration methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and implement technical solutions to complex operational challenges.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and defining technical requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full project management lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closeout.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide status reporting to leadership.
• Plan and execute technical system rollouts, including deployment strategies, configuration, testing, and operational transition.
• Oversee installation, integration, and operational readiness of complex systems in operational environments.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards during deployment.
