This high-visibility role requires leadership and hands-on technical excellence.

You will own test objectives, develop mission-specific requirements, and coordinate field campaigns from design through post-flight analysis, while balancing cost, schedule, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields required; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• Active US Government Secret Security Clearance required; SAP access may be needed.
• Experience leading technical IPTs and complex engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Flight Test IPT team to meet performance, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders across internal and external partnerships.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and post-flight analyses for mission success.
