Job summary

2Circle Inc. seeks a Test Engineer to support the AFLCMC Long Range Systems Division in development, integration, and flight testing of the JASSM-XR program.

The engineer acts as a trusted technical advisor to the Government program office, shaping test strategy and planning across the development test enterprise. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 12+ years in weapons, munitions, or aircraft-store integration test within a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 12+ years of professional engineering experience.
• DoD acquisition environment experience preferred; SAP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support test strategy and planning across the development test enterprise.
• Review contractor test procedures, instrumentation approaches, and pre-test predictions.
• Coordinate range, asset, and aircraft availability with the test organizations.
• Analyze post-test data to assess performance against system requirements.
