Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks an experienced Flight Test Operational Test Analyst to join the team as Test Conductor/Test Director, performing developmental test support for military aircraft. The candidate will progress to a Test Director role, with emphasis on control rooms, test plans, and asset scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in mission control, test cards, and coordination with program managers, engineers, and military personnel.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of test and safety plans.
• Experience in control room operations and mission control.
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flight test discipline during mission execution in the control room.
• Plan, report, and schedule ground and flight tests with test cards.
• Coordinate aircraft/test requirements with engineering and flight operations teams.
• Lead control room team and conduct test briefings and debriefs.
• Evaluate results and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate across disciplines for upcoming test plans.
