Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 9+ years of related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground and flight test events, managing test directors, engineers and data crew.
• Collaborate with Navy counterparts to coordinate test events.
• Provide T&E process guidance through all phases of testing.
• Work in a high-energy environment with diverse assignments and cross-functional teams.
• Develop test plans and test cards; estimate program execution scope.
