Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in STEM with required years as listed.
• Active US Government Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance within reasonable time.
• Ability to lead flight test mission execution in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test director duties for flight test missions.
• Lead pre/post event briefings and mission control room decisions.
• Support test readiness reviews and data analysis.
• Ensure safety, security, and test discipline during tests.
