Job summary

Iron Will Ventures is seeking an experienced Flight Test Analysis Engineer to support missile defense flight testing in Huntsville, AL. The role requires strong MATLAB/Python/C++ skills and a clearance, with various levels from Engineer I to IV.

You will analyze 6-DoF/3-DoF trajectories, develop data products, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in STEM or higher and relevant experience in flight test analysis.
• Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Specialization in one or more Flight Test Analysis disciplines (GNC, trajectory analysis, modeling & simulation).
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, C++, Java, or C# and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight vehicle trajectory data using 6-DoF and 3-DoF analyses.
• Develop and test analysis tools and reports for flight test data.
• Support MDA/DoW programs with requirements development and test reporting.
• Travel up to 25% to support flight tests.
