Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Engineer to build, validate and maintain physics‑based digital representations of multiple missiles and aerospace platforms. You will deploy and maintain vehicle models and simulation instantiations across programs, enabling SITL/HITL/PITL testing for flight tests.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in aerospace/complex systems, strong C/C++ skills, and advanced MATLAB/SIMULINK plus scientific Python experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or related technical discipline.
12+ years of experience in relevant engineering fields.
Experience with aerospace/aeronautical systems and/or Subsea vehicles.
Proficiency with C/C++ and flight dynamics modeling.
Advanced proficiency with MATLAB, SIMULINK and scientific Python.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain high‑fidelity virtual representations of multiple vehicles.
Coordinate deployment and maintenance of vehicle models and simulation instantiations.
Develop SITL, HITL and PITL testing workflows for flight systems.
Collaborate with SMEs to model sub‑system and system dynamics across programs.
Analyze flight test data and validate simulation models for accuracy.
