Job summary

ERP International is seeking a Flight Surgeon to support the Flight Operational Medicine Clinic at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. The role requires providing comprehensive flight medicine care to military personnel, their families, and retirees under approved privileges.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with active medical license.
• Experience in aerospace/flight medicine preferred.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and provide education.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive flight medicine care per MTF privileges.
• Lead and educate other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
• Conduct aeromedical evaluations and initial certifications for pilots and aircrew.
• Coordinate preventive, occupational, and community health services.
• Interpret medical data, manage referrals, and document care per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/AF manuals and local policies.
