flyExclusive is seeking a Flight Support Specialist to coordinate flight operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high levels of client service. The role requires attention to flight logs, passenger details, trip planning, and scheduling adjustments, with strong communication across ground handlers and aviation authorities.

The ideal candidate will have FAA Dispatch or Pilot License, a compatible education background, and proven multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate flight operations and trip planning in accordance with safety, regulatory requirements and client service standards.
• Notify FBOS and ground handlers of arrivals and departures; arrange operations outside normal business hours as needed.
• Proficient in Foreflight trip planning to verify aircraft range and fuel reserves; coordinate accordingly.
• Monitor weather and air traffic control status to anticipate schedule interruptions affecting client services and stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of the FlyExclusive Operations Manual, FAA and international regulations, OPS specs and company policies.
• Update the dispatch pass-down chat with information for dispatchers.
• Coordinate aircraft maintenance planning with MX planners to forecast upcoming maintenance events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Specialists oversee flight logs, passenger details, trip planning, regulatory requirements, and scheduling adjustments. They serve as key contacts for operational updates, maintaining communication with ground handlers, customs, and aviation authorities.Key Responsibilities•Able to plan trips outside 24 hours to acquire any missing information needed. Missing information such as Pax names, Date of births, passport information, weights, etc.•Checks Notams // TFRs // PPRS & Slots against all upcoming trips making the appropriate departments aware of any changes required.•Notifying all FBOS and ground handlers of arrivals and departures. Arranging early and late ops for any flights outside normal business hours to ensure staffing.•Proficient in using Foreflight trip planning to ensure aircraft range and fuel reserves are met. If not, make the appropriate departments aware of the planned fuel stop.•Ensure all required customs, immigration, agriculture, international handling requirements, or foreign government regulations and requirements are met for every flight segment. Able to work any future international trip that requires advanced handling.•Responsible for proactively monitoring weather and air traffic control status and any other possible schedule interruption to client services, scheduling, and all other interested parties as necessary.•Must be highly knowledgeable of the flyExclusive Operations Manual, FAA and International Regulations, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures, and other pertinent information relating to his/her duties.•Maintenance Review (Ensure aircraft inspections are complied with. Verify aircraft hours, landings, and MELS are within parameters of the scheduled flights. Ensuring the upcoming mx events are built and coordinated with MX planners.
