Mach Industries Inc. seeks a Software Engineer, Flight Software to develop safety-critical, real-time embedded software for aerospace platforms. You will work on designing and implementing flight software that powers autonomous systems, collaborating with hardware and aerospace specialists.

The role covers C, C++, Rust, and MATLAB/Simulink, with a path from new grad to senior. Strong emphasis on rigorous testing, verification, and integration with avionics and sensors.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems programming.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems and real-time environments.
• Experience with flight software principles and hard real-time systems.
• Understanding of MATLAB and Simulink.
• Strong academic background in CS/EE or related field, with embedded focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement real-time flight software in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Engineer efficient embedded software with attention to resource constraints and hardware interfaces.
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to integrate flight software with avionics and sensors.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and system testing in simulation and on flight hardware.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, verification, and validation of flight-critical software.
