Job summary

CAE is seeking a technically skilled technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CAE and non-CAE flight simulators at the Orlando Training Center. You will support customers, prepare simulators for training, and conduct pre-flight tests in Windows, Unix, and hardware environments.

The role requires 0–2 years of hands‑on experience, proficiency with test equipment, and fluency in English; ability to work flexible shifts and travel internationally is a plus.

Qualifications

• Real-time phone support for training center simulators.
• Ability to interpret system prints and schematics.
• Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator, logic analyzer).
• Fluency in English; willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time phone support to address technical issues on training center flight simulators.
• Prepare the simulator for customer training, including pre-flight tests.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and diagnose complex deficiencies.
• Perform hardware replacements and validations on CAE and non-CAE simulators.
• Log work in CMMS and maintain documentation.
