Job summary

CAE Inc. seeks an experienced Instructor Pilot to deliver high‑quality flight simulator and ground school training in line with regulatory and CAE curricula. You will guide clients through training as a SME, ensuring safety, professionalism, and instructional excellence.

After about 1.5 years, select instructors may qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE). You will work with aviation professionals across diverse programs, maintaining records and supporting continuous improvement in training

Qualifications

• Hold, or meet qualifications to obtain, an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Strong passion for teaching with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator and classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses and ratings.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight simulator briefings per CAE standards.
• Maintain training records and track instructional qualifications.
• Develop and maintain curricula and courseware as SME when needed.
• Provide a professional, welcoming learning environment.
