Flight Simulation Maintenance Supervisor

The Flight Simulation Maintenance Supervisor ensures the maintenance, approval, and qualification of flight simulators and training devices in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines. Responsible for making recommendations to Flight Training for training equipment acquisition, upgrades, and enhancements. Supervises Flight Simulator Technicians and utility, providing direction, development, and guidance.

Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate EOs and monitor Simulator Regulatory Compliance.
• Coordinate Simulator Evaluation and Testing Device upgrades.
• Coordinate Simulator Services and Flight Training Customer Service.
• Supervise and develop team members.
• Supervise Simulator and Training device maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5 years of Flight Simulator Maintenance experience or Electrical Engineering Degree.
• Experience supervising and developing people.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year Simulator Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of FAA guidelines.

Interpersonal Skills

This position requires excellent decision-making, reasoning, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, both written and verbal. Must work well in a team, prioritize workload, and provide leadership to maximize productivity.

Basic Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
