Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs specialized functions and complex assessments, diagnoses, therapies, and emergency treatment for patients transported by rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground transport.
• Maintains knowledge base for flight nursing through meetings, chart reviews, equipment reviews, labs, rotations, and continuing education.
• Communicates effectively with management and internal/external customers.
• Documents assessment, treatment, and stabilization/transport information accurately.
• Ensures proper billing documentation for patient transport.
