Job summary

Korry Electronics in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own complex avionics programs, guiding proposals, contracts, and final delivery of flight-ready systems in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain, define program plans, manage risk, schedule and budget, and communicate progress to customers and stakeholders. This on-site role requires travel and ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred.
• Experience managing complex avionics or aerospace programs in regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete program lifecycle from proposal through delivery.
• Direct and motivate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Define program plans, manage risk, schedule, and budget, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
