Job summary

A leading aerospace service provider in North Charleston is seeking an experienced Flight Readiness Technician 3 to support final aircraft inspections and ensure readiness for delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of flight line operations experience, handling inspections, system testing, and troubleshooting. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work flexible shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, with a robust benefits package offered upon hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of flight line operations experience.
• 3+ years of aerospace/manufacturing quality inspection or auditing experience.
• 3+ years working in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work any shift (days, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify final aircraft component installation and system functionality.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and delivery readiness checks.
• Inspect and support troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Verify maintenance, rework, and modification actions prior to delivery.
• Document discrepancies and create non-conformance records (NCRs).
• Support aircraft inspections and testing in a live flight line environment.
• Maintain required certifications and follow Boeing safety and quality standards.

Flight Readiness Technician 3

Location: North Charleston, SC (100% onsite)

Client is seeking an Experienced Flight Readiness Technician Inspector (FRTI) to support flight line quality operations. This role focuses on final inspections, system testing, and pre‑/post‑flight checks to ensure aircraft readiness for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify final aircraft component installation and system functionality
• Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections and delivery readiness checks
• Inspect and support troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and avionics systems
• Verify maintenance, rework, and modification actions prior to delivery
• Document discrepancies and create non‑conformance records (NCRs)
• Support aircraft inspections and testing in a live flight line environment
• Maintain required certifications and follow Boeing safety and quality standards
