Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Perform final component installation, inspections, and operational functional validation testing for aircraft readiness.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and support rework, modifications, troubleshooting, and system checks.
  • Inspect pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to diagnose and document mechanical or electrical/electronic issues.
  • Validate and verify the accuracy of completed work in accordance with flight test and delivery standards.
  • Assist with sub-system and system-level inspections, maintenance, and customer delivery readiness.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage assigned activities with guidance from lead technicians; work is reviewed for compliance with objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or associate degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, or aerospace industry experience; or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1+ years of avionics or electrical system experience.
  • Must be willing and able to work any shift, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Must meet eligibility to obtain FAA Repairman’s Certificate, if not currently licensed.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience on the 787 program.
  • Prior work in airline, MRO, or overhaul environments.
  • Experience with operating systems and computing tools for maintenance documentation.
  • Previous team leadership or mentoring experience in a production or flight line setting.
