Job summary

PHI Health in Conroe, TX is actively seeking Flight Paramedics to join our elite team. You will deliver rapid, advanced medical care during pre-hospital and inter-facility transports from rotor-wing, fixed-wing, and ground units.

The role requires active paramedic certification, 3+ years (5 preferred) of field experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/PEPP and PHTLS/ITLS; FP-C within 24 months is expected. A healthcare degree is preferred and a pre-placement exam is required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active paramedic certification in the state employed.
• Minimum of three years (five years preferred) paramedic field experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP and PHTLS/ITLS; NRP preferred.
• FP-C within 24 months of hire; flight/transport experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field preferred.
• Pass pre-placement physical and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports.
• Perform advanced assessments, treatments, and documentation.
• Maintain certifications and participate in ongoing education.
• Communicate effectively with base medical supervision and crew.
• Support PR and marketing efforts as needed.
• Complete annual recurrent competency requirements.
