Job summary

PHI Health, LLC is seeking a Flight Paramedic in Manassas, VA to deliver safe, advanced pre-hospital care during rotor-wing and fixed-wing transports. You will operate under a Medical Director’s licensure and join a team focused on rapid response and patient safety.

Requirements include active state paramedic certification, 3+ years in busy 911/pre-hospital settings, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/PEPP; FP-C within 24 months is preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have an active paramedic certification in the state employed.
• Minimum of three years (five years preferred) current Paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospital service.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP and PHTLS/ITLS. NRP preferred. Instructor certifications preferred.
• FP-C within twenty-four months of hire.
• Able to pass pre-placement physical, drug screen and background check.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports.
• Perform complex assessments, diagnoses, therapies and emergency treatments.
• Document care, billing information and communications with stakeholders.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and participate in ongoing training and competency tests.
